[100] Short of embarkation ladders complying with the requirements of LSA CODE which to afford access to the survival craft when waterborne（比较短的引水梯被用作了登乘梯）
[101] The port side life raft and lifeboat launching instructions found not under emergency lights
[103] Both liferafts(P & S) not ready for use because those painter lines were not attached to weak links.
[104] Life raft painter line not properly connected.
[105] Type of liferafts equipped onboard not matched to SE certificate. (The certificate required 4 davit launched liferaft but actually 3 davit launched and TOB equipped)
[106] Butterfly nuts could not be accepted to access openings on chain lockers for watertightness.
