MV GL Kaihou, Livestock Carrier, with Five decks and Net open space 2,450m2, comply with AMSA Navigation (Orders) Regulation, marine order Part 43 issue 6 (Cargo & Cargo Handling - Livestock). 



Was supervised by CPN Frontier (Shanghai) Co., Ltd Site team as shipowner (a Japanese Owner) representative. This project was managed by PM Engr.Jackie Cheng who is CPNF experienced supervision Engineers with more than 9 years supervision records and Marine Ship senior engineer backgroud.



This is CPNF Site Team first time to supervise Cattle Carrier ship but all team members are study and learn in advance one year ealier than the date got the building schedule.
