For the sake of order to build a first class of live stock carrier, half year prior to steel cut, Site Team Project officer members guided by Project Manager (PM) Engr. Jakie CHENG, studied the main rules of Australia Navigation (Orders) Regulations, Marine Orders, Part 43 Issue 6 and Class rules related to livestock carrier.
