By the appointment of ship owner, CPNF Capt.Frank Gu conducted an independant onboard survey to MV Molly Manx when she called Nanjing port on 12 Jun, 2015.The ship owner is European company LTU. This is CPNF the 2nd time as owner appointment to conduct onboard audit to their fleet. Last time is for MV Geraldine Manx on 24 Nov., 2010 by Capt.Zheng.
